What if we reimagined teamwork?

Before we learned to work, we learned to play. We built things together, shared ideas, made a mess, and figured it out along the way.

Somewhere between the playground and the workplace, teamwork became more complicated. Context got scattered across people, and subsequently their tools, decisions got lost in conversations, and people started working in silos.

Now, AI means we can do more than ever on our own. We can research, create, build and solve problems at a speed that once felt impossible. But the more we can do individually, the easier it is to lose sight of what we're doing together.

At Picnic, we think there's another way.

What if technology helped us work independently without working in isolation? What if everyone could bring their own ideas and momentum, while staying connected to what matters, why it matters, and where the team is heading?

We're exploring a new kind of teamwork. One where AI doesn't just help individuals do more, but helps teams find the right work, move it forward, and make better decisions together.

Because the goal isn't simply to do more. It's to build something better, together.

Let's make teamwork feel a little more like play again. Welcome to Picnic.
